Pageant Details
Welcome to Miss Ohio High School Pageant
The Miss High School America Pageant competition exists for the purpose of providing personal and professional opportunities for high school girls. Yes, this is a beauty pageant but not only about outside beauty. This pageant also emphasizes the importance of school achievement and community service.
This year, 50 states will hold pageants and the winning girls will represent their high school at state level as Miss Ohio at the Miss High School America Pageant in Branson, Missouri in March.
The pageant is set for Sunday Oct. 10, 2010 and will be held at the Glen Oak High School Auditorium - 1801 Schneider St NE, Canton, Ohio.
Entry deadline is September 11, 2010.
This Miss High School America Organization is proud to be partnered with FEEDING AMERICA! Our national winner will be a spokesperson for FEEDING AMERICA! She will travel the nation making appearances and promoting the importance of each state food bank.
Miss High School America will win a $10,000 CASH scholarship and a large prize package which includes a photo shoot with designer TONY BOWLS!!! Our national winner will be featured in the new prom national magazines!! AND MUCH MORE!

Competition Information

Opening Number:
- Outfit must be a formal short dress.
- No black or white.
- Wear a dress that expresses your personal style.
- Your dress must represent your school colors. Show us your school pride!
Interview:
Your interview will be six minutes long conducted by our panel of five judges. Interviews will be a personal one on one question time. The interviews will begin at 8 a.m. on (to be announced). You will be assigned your interview time.
- Short dress.
- Not formal.
- Church style.
- Matching shoes.
- Long to the floor dress.
- Formal black tie evening look.
- Any color.
- Dresses should reflect your style.
- NO Short dresses.
Fun Fashion Modeling:
Be creative, and work the runway! Let us see who you are.
- Anything goes.
- An outfit that reflects your sense of style. Impress us.
- Can be pants, dress, and skirts.
Rehearsals:
The rehearsals will be from 1 to 2:30
- Something comfortable.
- Tennis shoes.
- Bring a jacket or a hoody it may be chilly inside.
- *Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Sunday.*
- $ 3.00 for high school students
- $ 6.00 for adults
- Receive a one dollar off ticket price with any canned good for our local food bank.
- Remember, just have fun and be yourself!
